Day 1 of Chopper Challenge completed! Well done Room 5 - some awesome effort out there.
Remember, lots of the fitness challenges are things you can practise at home too to really improve your fitness - sit ups, star jumps, burpees, push ups and a 4 minute run.

It was hard. Next time i want to push myself harder even though i don't like fitness.

DeleteIt was OK and I felt a bit proud of myself that I got the westpac bottle.
ReplyDeleteYou persisted to the extreme, Jasman, especially in the vertical hang, and especially because you had to draw your feet up and bend your knees so you didn't touch the ground. You were working out your abs at the same time.

ReplyDeleteI think it was really fun but when we had to hang from the bars my hand slipped but other that that I had really fun!!!!

DeleteIt was really cool and fun but my hands were a bit sore on the monkey bars and I got a bit tired on the run.

Deletethe monkey bars, hanging there for 1 minute was painful. Seriously! but still was part of the fun!
DeleteIt was really awesome carrying the stretchers. I was in the front and next time in the back. I got 2 blisters from the vertical hang.

Wow, blisters! Practise at home and see if you can toughen up your hands just a little.
